We are looking for a competent Office helper to perform various clerical tasks to support our offices. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from serving coffee, to run office errands. An effective office helper has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.
• Serve coffee and the to the staff
• Offer drinks to visitors
• Keep the kitchen and serving area clean all the time
• Prepare list of errands needed
• Run errands
• Assist in office management and organization procedures
• Perform other office duties as assigned
• Proven experience as office helper
• Familiarity with office procedures
• Excellent communication skills (bilingual if possible)
• Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• High school diploma (if possible)
