to guarantee the efficient, qualitative and timely rollout of the network in line with the company’s strategy.

INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING

1.1

Create fiber Network architecture master plan (AOP) - Capacity Management, Relocations, Ring Closures, Single Point of failure, new and upgrades, Special Projects i.e. Route Deviations

Develops a network records plan.

Identify and allocate Core fiber design from access network
Metro Ring Closure for Technology Expansion
Single Point of failure, new and upgrades.
OSP Records - track and verify contractor foras-build updates on new plans
Planning of Optimization of core and access networks.
Create splice and fiber allocation plans
Multi-duct fiber allocations
Switch port allocations
Set up POP sites for customer connections
