The total salary package for this position is circa $51,900- $56,530 USD including basic salary, per diem, and hardship allowance.

MAG is seeking a enthusiastic and experienced Programme Officer to support one of its largest and most complex programmes. You’ll be rewarded with the opportunity to contribute to the rehabilitation of communities devastated by war, working on the cutting edge of new developments in the sector.

You will have the opportunity to use your skills in proposal, report writing and grant management, working with a diverse range of institutional donors on a range of different projects across DRC. You’ll also get to put your organisational and communication skills to good use, managing the challenges of a busy workload in a demanding environment.

Due to the programme location, the successful candidate must be fluent in both French and English.

The post is based in Kinshasa, with travel to MAG’s operational bases across DRC as and when required.
