MAIN DUTIES
- Support and manage all Technicians in Maniema area
- Support Sales activity by proving a good quality of service
- Monitor all Operations project in Maniema area and report to the Head of Operations
- Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis all OPS activities
- Follow up new sites rollout
- Ensure preventive maintenance of sites, generators, VSAT links, MW links is done as planned
- Ensure all Vodacom cars, motorbike are serviced on time
- Ensure and certify that all installations in Maniema comply with the Vodafone EMF Standard
- Perform risk assessment, identify hazard and comply to health and safety
- Ensure all project requirements fulfils to contract terms and meet Vodacom specifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Engineering degree/diploma: Electronic, Electricity, Electro-mechanic,…
- Having worked at least 3 years in telecommunications industry
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES)
- IT science would be an advantage
- Commercial awareness would be an advantage
