MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
- To participate on the achievement of the Regional targets in maximizing connections & revenue globally and particularly in your sector;
- To ensure that all the Vodacom products & services (sim, vouchers, promo items, etc ) are available continuously at all the POS;
- To work closely with the Super dealer/ Super dealer representative by performing all on the ground sales activities;
- To report daily on all competitors’ tariff, new product, promotion, Super dealers’ performances, fields activities and their marketing activities taking place in the area under your responsibility;
- To check and identify all the new opportunities in terms of connections and revenue in your sector and to actively participate to their organization;
- To organize BTL activities to push gross connections and revenue on the ground;
- To promote innovation;
- To supervise and to develop fields representatives talents.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- State Diploma / High school – 12 levels.
- Graduate in Marketing/Economy.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience
- Minimum telecommunications knowledge would be an advantage.
